Greg Dowler-Coltman

Facilitator & Coach

Greg leads with curiosity and embraces life as an experiment in which one is invited to listen deeply, examine courageously, explore perspectives, and build empathetic narratives that reveal themes, patterns and possibilities.

As an Executive Coach, Greg has partnered with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and spaces, including entrepreneurs, post-secondary academic faculty and administrative leadership, the arts, government agencies, civil service, and inner-city community service organizations.

Greg has over two decades of experience in educational leadership roles, with a focus in theatre arts, where he worked as a coach, mentor, and consultant to professional leadership colleagues. Often through the frame of the arts, Greg facilitated the deepening of learning to ensure diversity of perspectives and understanding.

Greg and his wife Tami have 3 sons and a grandson who keeps them both feeling young! Greg is also the host of a podcast, Ellipsis Thinking…Conversations from the Spaces Between, which sprang from Greg’s lifelong fascination with the ways in which creativity shows up in us all, and how it invites possibility by inviting us to step into the spaces of the unknown.
