Nikki is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience delivering large-scale events and leadership development programs across 31 countries and 18 U.S. states. With a background in business administration and a master’s degree in communication, she combines strategic insight with operational precision to create high-impact, seamless experiences.

Over the course of her career, Nikki has led initiatives across industries, overseeing everything from strategic program design to seamless execution. Her work spans global audiences and complex environments, where she is known for her calm under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-moving projects.

Driven by a passion for purposeful experiences and meaningful connection, Nikki approaches every program with thoughtfulness, adaptability, and a focus on excellence. She currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her fiancée and two energetic pups, Daisy and Luna.
