With over 25 years of hands-on experience as an HR business leader in some of Canada’s largest companies, Susan has seen firsthand how organizations and their leaders navigate growth and change, while she navigated her own leadership and learned many lessons along the way. Susan understands the pressures of high-performing environments and brings a grounded, real-world perspective to every conversation. She is also deeply passionate about the profound benefits of coaching, which is why she continues to volunteer with the ICF coaching community, the United Way GAIN Leadership Coaching program, and Up With Women, a non-profit supporting recently homeless and at-risk women in building sustainable, prosperous futures.
