Meet Tony Daloiso

Over the past 30 years, Tony has advised, coached, trained, consulted, and spoken to hundreds of the most senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies around the world. Tony is the CEO of The Charter Oak Consulting Group, a firm he started over 30 years ago that was named one of Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing 500 Firms. He has also served in a leadership capacity with several of the top leadership development and consulting firms including The Center for Creative Leadership, McKinsey and Co., Franklin-Covey, and The American Management Association. In the fall of 2017, Tony became Professor of Leadership and Organization Behaviour at Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business. His MBA course on Transformational Change was the highest rated course in the MBA program the spring semester of 2019.

Tony’s current focus is on consulting with CEOs and their teams regarding organization transformation projects, building capability, implementing strategy, and supporting major change. He has extensive experience coaching senior executives and executive teams to effectively transform their business. Tony’s book “Change the Way You Change” is available at Barnes and Noble booksellers and Amazon retail, where it is a bestselling business book. His newest book, “The Journeyman Life,” was an instant #1 bestseller on Amazon.
