GROUP MENTOR COACHING

WHO THIS IS FOR:

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogued process to support your ongoing learning journey
  • Targeted focus on developing a deeper level of mastery in coaching, aligned to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies
  • Practice and feedback opportunities alongside a current Leadership Coach Track Level 1 cohort, offering diverse learning perspectives
  • Live coaching practice with real-time observation and mentor coaching feedback
  • Optional written feedback aligned with the ICF’s PCC markers to support the ICF credentialing process

PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

  • Seven (7) group mentor coaching hours across five sessions, each centered on an ICF Core Competency
  • Three (3) 90-minute individual mentor coaching sessions, including:
               ○ 30 minutes of live coaching with your mentor observing
               ○ 60 minutes of debrief and feedback
  • Seven (7) group mentor coaching hours across five sessions, each centered on an ICF Core Competency

MENTOR COACH training

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback (both verbal and written) to coaches at various stages in their coaching journey
  • Effectively address ethical considerations including confidentiality, boundaries, professionalism, and adherence to coaching ethics and standards
  • Assist coaches in developing and refining coaching skills; highlight strengths and suggest areas for improvement based on the ICF’s PCC Markers
  • Focus on demonstrating a directive and non-directive approach as part of a coaching conversation

  • Coaches looking to offer effective mentor coaching
