ShadowLight Global started from the desire to create an experience where everyone can be their best and truest self at work, at home, and in life.
To do that, we needed to find a name that could speak to the complexity of what it feels like to live into all parts of self and to appreciate the tensions that always exist. When we can hold the both/and between shadow and light, we are able to embrace compassion, expansion, curiosity, and the potential in ourselves as well as those around us.
